RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Healing Therapies, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. 1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible, the product must be in its original condition, unopened, and unused.

2. Non-Eligible Items:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for certain products, including but not limited to essential oils that have been opened or used, personalized or custom-made items, and items purchased from third-party sellers.

3. Initiate a Return or Exchange:

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Care team at info@healingtherapies.ca. Provide your order details, reason for the return/exchange, and any relevant information.

4. Return Shipping:

For returns and exchanges due to a change of mind or a non-defective product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Refund and Exchange Process:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange.
